Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a voluntary, community-based program funded by the State of Wisconsin and operated by the Dane County Department of Human Services. These are services and support activities that assist participants with mental health and/or substance use conditions to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, and independence, and to facilitate recovery.
Recovery is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential.
At Briarpatch, we offer several services to aid in recovery:
- Service Facilitation, Assessment, and Planning
- Individual Skill Development and Enhancement
- Psychotherapy – based on staff credentials and availability
- Psychoeducation – based on staff credentials and availability
- Referrals to additional services
